Every year, the Junior class at Jefferson University participates in the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign by creating a red evening dress. In pre-COVID times, the AHA would host a fashion show to show the dresses on a runway, as well as select the student work for awards.

My red dress, Inner. Warrior, draws inspiration from the fearless and powerful women of the Viking culture; the women possesed tremendous power in their homes and communities, and even participated on the battlefield. I designed this dress to convey the message that every women has a warrior inside them.
